  • Supporting floral holidays and event work, including setup and breakdown

  • Occasionally assisting with flower selection and pick-up at the flower market

  • Providing general support to the studio team as needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has some familiarity with floral processing and design (or is excited to learn)

  • Enjoys helping customers and creating a welcoming experience

  • Is organized, reliable, and proactive

  • Thrives in a team environment and is willing to jump in wherever needed

  • Has a good eye for design and a genuine interest in flowers, plants, and aesthetics

  • Is physically comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working long hours on their feet

  • Has accesss to a reliable car

  • Available 2+ days a week (10am - 4pm Thursdays and Fridays, with flexibility the rest of the week.)

Compensation:

Starting at $18/hr during an 8-week training period. After training, pay increases based on experience, performance, and contributions to the team.
