Subscriptions will be delivered on the 1st Thursday of every month. Subscriptions to this service will be billed each month. To cancel or pause your subscription, Please sign in to our customer portal located on our main menu. In the event that we are closed on the 1st Thursday of a month, you will be notified and your bouquet will be delivered the next business day we are open.

Each bouquet will be wrapped in brown paper and a mix of seasonal flowers and foliage. Due to COVID-19, we’re not able to guarantee any specific flowers or colors.

We are currently only delivering within Chicago. Orders placed for deliveries outside of Chicago will be canceled and refunded. Deliveries are made between 12pm-5pm Tuesday -Saturday. Orders placed before 11am CST can be delivered same day. Far North & Far Southside deliveries may be delivered after 4pm and an require an additional delivery fee. Our availability to deliver far north & far south may vary. Cornell Florist will reach out to you if there are any issues with your order.

Orders received after 11am CST will be delivered the following day we are open. If you have a time constraint, please call the shop to discuss availability. It is possible we can accommodate your request.

All deliveries are contactless. The driver will call the recipient when they arrive. Local delivery ($15) is included in the price. If the recipient is outside of this delivery zone an additional delivery fee may be applied to your order. At this time we are not able to deliver to the hospital.
